Chris Wolston’s Spoons bring his distinctive sculptural language into the kitchen, transforming a familiar utensil into an object of fantasy and ornament. Crafted in aluminum, the oversized spoons draw inspiration from the flora of Colombia, where stems twisting, petals blooming, and foliage extending make up the handle of each object. Inspired by the exuberance of Art Nouveau, the spoons evoke a dreamlike natural world rendered in metal.
