David Valner

David Valner is a Czech artist and founder of Valner Studio whose work explores the expressive potential of glass through a deep reverence for traditional craftsmanship. Raised in a family of glassmakers, he grew up immersed in the rhythms of the glass shop surrounded by artisans whose knowledge was passed from one generation to the next. That early exposure continues to shape his practice today, grounding his work in both technical mastery and an enduring respect for the material itself.
